We Ensure Quality First

We strive to make our product listings as detailed and accurate as possible. All orders undergo multi-level quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

You may raise a return or exchange if:

  1. The size doesn’t fit
  2. The fabric shows colour bleeding
  3. The product is damaged (torn, used, or defective)
  4. The delivered product is different from what was ordered

⚠️ Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • It must include original packaging and tags
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are available only within India

Exchange Process

  1. Reverse Pickup
     Upon approval and payment (if applicable), we’ll schedule a reverse pickup from your location.
  2. Inspection & Dispatch
    After the returned product passes quality inspection, the new size will be shipped within 7–10 working days.
  3. Out of Stock?
    A coupon code equal to the product value will be issued.
    • Valid for 300 days
    • One-time use only
    • Products bought using this coupon are not eligible for further exchange/return

Important Notes

  • Only one exchange per Product is allowed
  • If the returned product is different from the original order, the refund/exchange will be null and void
  • If the returned product is tampered with, stained, or damaged due to customer mishandling:
    • It will not be accepted
    • It will not be returned back to you
    • Return shipment charges must be prepaid by the customer
  • If the reverse pickup and  Exchanged Product Delivery fails twice, the return/exchange request will be marked as closed
